How can I find my order number?

Your order number will be enclosed in the order confirmation email. This email is sent to the email provided on the purchase or the email associated with PayPal (If Paypal was the payment method selected).

How do I contact someone about my order?

You can reach us using our live chat (the bubble chat icon located on the lower left corner of your screen), or sending us an email at support@printkit.shop.

Please be sure to add your Order # and email associated with your purchase so that we may better assist you.

Can I edit/change my order?

We work diligently to process all incoming orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. After the processing time's you will be unable to make changes to your order (You can only edit your order prior to it being fulfilled) Once you receive tracking info via email it is no longer possible to edit your order.

Where is my order being shipped from?

Our printing and fulfillment centers are located in the United States. Our items are shipped out of many fulfillment centers across the east and west coast. We ship worldwide from the U.S!

Can I return or exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange or return an item, we ask that you contact us via our live chat so we may assist with your inquiry. We ask that you please contact us no later than 3 days from receiving your package. Packages must be unused and unopened. Restocking fee's may apply
